Passport photo
I was trying to figure out where (online) I can order printouts of my passport photos. I ended up use this site (http://www.epassportphoto.com/ ) to create a 4x6 photo which contains 6 2x2 US style passport photo. After that, it is much easier since there are tons of site offering 4x6 printouts.

Tom: I never used online digital photo printing in Taiwan. (I lived in Pittsburgh now) Here is one I found on google; http://dcprint.dcview.com.tw/ .
